IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ. For all appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours a strict cancellation fee reflecting 50% of your service cost will automatically be charged to the card on file. If your appointment requires a deposit please remember that all deposits are nonrefundable. If you reschedule your appointment within the 48 hour cancellation window, your deposit will be applied to your next appointment and you will be charged the standard cancellation fee of 50% of your service charge. No-shows will result in a charge reflecting 100% of your service cost, up to $300. Please understand that we do not implement cancellation fees based on the reason or severity of canceling, but to insure and protect the time you’ve reserved. Cancellations hurt our business and it is extremely unlikely that we will be able to fill the time you have reserved. Therefore no exceptions are made.
